Personally identifiable data will not be collected from this website, and your identity will remain anonymous (for example, you will not be asked to provide any information that gives away your identity like name, physical address, NHI, school).

- As noted in the terms and conditions disclosure statement, once a general report summerising key themes from this survey are presented to the Social Wellbeing Governance Group (SWGG) - all individual responses including your own anonymous response will be deleted.
- General youth feedback from surveys will help produce a general report. This report will be provided by Mahitahi to the SWGG - details on SWGG are outlined in the 'who are we' page. SWGG may also choose to share the report with other government and non government agency partners. Regardless, your feedback and identity will remain anonymous.
Collecting information on Registered members
3. As part of partaking in the survey, we collect non-identifiable information about you to ensure the voices of regions, ethnicities and age groups are adequately recognised and represented as per section 2.
